Iron Sky Gala Premiere

26th of march was a very importans day for me. The day i've been waiting for. 

The Iron Sky Gala Premiere in Tampere! I've been working with these guys for years and love and respect them and i'm so proud of everyone! Especially Samuli and his crew. I was so lucky to be part of something amazing as this. 

It was a night full on friends (old and new) and fun. 

My VVIP pass. I shall treasure this for the rest of my life :)

Halloween inspiration 2011

I love halloween. I'm very inspired by old horror movies, vintage halloween pin-ups and vampire stories ( no, i still haven't seen Twilight..). This year i'm olso very inspired by 80s/90s horror movies (and horror comedy, oh my..). I have to watch these movies again.

There are lots of great halloween inspration movies, these are just the ones that i really want to watch this year.

I have two halloween partie i'm going to, one in Helsinki and one in Tampere. I'm probably gonna go dressed as a vampire. Again. (But this post proves that i'm not always dressed up as a vampire.)

If i have time, i will be making a huge lace headpiece that is a mixture of Lucy's headpiece in Dracula and the spanish mourning veil.

Vaudeville!

I've had such a busy, amazing, fantastic weekend! There is so much stuff, i have to do this in sections..well, here goes!

On friday i had the honor to be the dj at the opening party of Vaudeville boutique! "Brings you the most delicious vintage inspired couture!" Fiona Timantti Hats are also available there ;D


These "happy-ostrich" feathers are grown and dyed in Finland. The Book is about a theatre/revue/cabaret called Punainen Mylly (the red mill) that dazzled Helsinki and Finland after the WWII. It's not translated in english yet, so it's only available in finnish.

These adorable Molla Mills goods are also available! I gotta have that "In Love" brooch!
