Latex love

The amazing latex catsuit is custom-made by Savage-Wear in Berlin

The idea for this outfit came from a Gil Elvgren harlequin pin-up painting, i just wanted the colours to be different. I love the nude colour mixed with the metallic lilac.

The suit is so well made that i was in awe when i got it..i knew Heidi (the head mistress at Savage-Wear) is good, but still! This catsuit is really something. And it fits like a dream. I can highly recommend their services to all latex lovers.

My first catwalk modeling job was for a latex clothing company back in 2004 and it was love at first touch.

The photo is by JBM, experienced photographer of feminine beauty, burlesque and bondage. It was a pleasure to work with him and Jirina who was the assistant in this shoot.

Here's little something we've been working on with team PinUpHelsinki®! We made this video to celebrate our collaboration with the best corset makers in Helsinki, Belle Modeste! Superb craftsmanship and passion for the art of curves!

The tune on this video is by non other than the surprising, fresh super combo of talented musicians, one of the hottest names in the field of jazz in Finland, Fredator!

Our photographer Jirina who shot and edited this video is quite something!

Walk down the memory lane..My first Pin-Up contest and DJ gig!

Hehehe..sweet memories. The first (and last) Pin-Up contest i ever entered. It was held by a vintage site "My Vintage Hut" (anyone remember that site? It was one of my favourites). The year was 2004 or 2005. I was so young and so pale! :) I was second runner up.

Photo shoots with Tuomas. He's good..!

 

 I've started a new fun photo project with my friend Tuomas. The goal is to take lots of photos and have fun! The first session we just wandered around Katajanokka (where i live) and took photos in street corners. I still had green hair... I'm wearing my new RED leather jacket from Ansa, i'm totally mad about it! Perfect red! And ofcourse Minna Parikka shoes.

The secon session was for my friend Miia, those marvelous earrings are made by her.

The third was just for fun! We had few classic pin-up/fetish looks. This photo is just a teaser of whats coming. A unphotoshopped, a bit blurry pic, but i love the feeling in this one.

These are some of my favourites, though i think all the girls look great! They did a swell job, some of them had no modeling experiece what so ever. It was fun to create the looks combining army stuff and pieces from my vintage collection.

The most stylish pin-up studio in Finland, PinUpHelsinki, and the best army store Varusteleka did something wonderful together! 

I did the hair and styling, Miia Magia did the make-up and Saara Salmi took the photos. The army stuff is ofcourse from Varusteleka and the models too. All the wonderful corsets are from Belle Modeste.

(But guess whos behind is on the cover.. ;)

Few little things

Sometimes the smallest, sillies things can make you extremely happy. Like these cat shaped earphones my brother brought me from New York. I bought a pair of these about a year ago when i was there, but broke them, and they could not be fixed :/ I was so happy to get new ones!

 A cup of tea with friends always makes me happy. This picture was taken at our tea dances few weeks ago. The tea had rosebuds in it! It's called "Marie Antoinette" and we got it from ThéHuone (our official tea sponsors :) The next tea dances are 15th of april.
