Teacher Style day 16, The Pre-Raphaelites

Todays Teacher Style picture was inspired by a Pre-Raphaelite painting. I had some help. My students Saila, Anna, Ida and Joni were my marvelous assistants, thanks guys!

Everything i wear is second hand.

The painting was of course Dante Gabriel Rossetti's 'The Bride' (also 'The Beloved'). He finished it in1866 but continued to make changes to it throughout his life.
(Oil on canvas, dimensions 80 cm × 76 cm)

Nailed it! Hehehehe!

"A story of a love affair between a human and a robotic being."

"At Milk, Chromat’s ‘Bionic Bodies’ range was all about humanoids having trysts. There were chromatic armored bras, gladiatorial references, sheer fabrics with cool cut-outs and futuristic femmes fatales strewn with LEDs."

I'm loving this piece at New York Fashion Week! Designer Becca McCharen.

Inspiration for my new hair

One night i got this idea... i wanted to dye my hair. I wanted it to be crazy, like it was when i was a teen. So, now it's blue/green/orange/violet. I love it! I have to go back to red soon because of a modeling job, but untill then i'm enjoying this crazyness!

This was my number one inspirational pic for my new hair! Carina nebula.
Inspiration number two, blue and mint green early morning sky through the train window somewhere in Finland.

My new favourite artist, Amleto dalla Costa!

"A painter, designer, sculptor, interpreter Amleto Dalla Costa was born in Milan in 1929. Dalla Costa's women are an extraordinary gallery of sensually moving sophisticated female figures. A steadfast pursuit of the feminine world with respect and love for its mistery..."
